We have restrictions as to the dependents that we can add to our HMO, these are:
Parents for Single status VAs
Spouse and Children for Married status VAs
HMO charges range from 3,000-4,000 or more per dependent per quarter. We can arrange to have this deducted however you prefer (1 time deduction per quarter, or monthly installments).
