When you reach your first year with MOD, you are automatically entitled to the incentive leave. Incentive leave are renewed every January 1st. You will need to apply for your incentive leave at least 1-2 weeks prior.

As for the HMO, if you are a full-time VA, you are entitled to 1 FREE dependent. For part-time VAs, only the VA will get HMO coverage.
Please coordinate with your coach when you reach your 6th month with your first client. Your coach will make the request to HR for the releasing of your HMO card.
